This static website currently prepares your feedback as an email to the Panel. It does not store your answers on the website.
What happens to your feedback?
Appropriate community-safety themes can be raised at Panel meetings, shared with relevant partners and used to inform priority discussions. Personal crime reports should always go through official reporting routes.
Young people should be heard too.
Young Furzedown brings together practical safety information and an anonymous Youth Safety Pulse so younger residents can help highlight recurring concerns.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about the Panel.

Is the Panel part of the police?
No. The Panel is made up of local residents who volunteer their time to represent community concerns and work with the police and other partners on local safety priorities.
Can I report a crime to the Panel?
No. Use 999 for emergencies and 101 or the Met online service for non-emergency crime. The Panel can receive broader recurring community-safety concerns.
Who decides the priorities?
The Panel uses resident concerns, local discussion and information from policing and partners to help identify and review priorities.
Can anyone attend meetings?
Yes. The newsletter states that all Furzedown residents are welcome at the community meeting.
Why are exact crime locations or detailed VAWG breakdowns not always shown?
Not all detailed offence-level information is published publicly, and detailed locations are not shown to preserve the confidentiality and privacy of victims.
