Accountability
You said → we raised → response → outcome.
This is the structure the Panel will use to show residents how concerns move from discussion to follow-up. Entries below are based on current priority activity and newsletter updates.
VAWG safety
Prevention, safer spaces, support and respectful attitudes.
VAWG is one of the Panel's four priorities. The website gives this work enough space to explain the issue without misrepresenting broad crime-category data.
What the Panel can focus on
Lighting, routes, repeat locations, environmental design and resident experiences.
Education, community awareness and early challenge to harmful behaviour.
Supporting work such as White Ribbon activity with boys and young men.
Seeking clear updates from police and Council partners about prevention and response.
